About The Position

This role serves as a strategic leader within the FP&A Operations Enablement - Center of Excellence (COE), driving enterprise-level financial visibility, governance, and performance optimization. The Director partners closely with Finance, Technology, and Operations to modernize financial processes, and strengthen controls to improve process discipline across business segments. The position balances strategic transformation with operational execution — ensuring scalable processes, cycle efficiencies and cross-functional alignment. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complexity, influence without authority and translate data into actionable insights that drive enterprise outcomes. About the Team The FP&A Operations Enablement COE is a high-performing, cross-functional team operating across both U.S. and IDC resources. The team supports multiple Business segments and enterprise initiatives by delivering financial analysis, process optimization, OneStream expertise and governance oversight at scale. This group plays a critical role in enabling transparency, consistency, and operational excellence across the organization. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and impact-driven, requiring both strong execution and strategic thinking. The team values ownership, clarity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect data, controls, and working capital impact
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformation or process modernization initiatives
  • Executive-level communication skills — ability to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A disciplined approach to governance and risk management
  • Curiosity and resilience when navigating ambiguity and enterprise complexity
  • Enterprise financial systems awareness
  • A balance of strategic thinking and operational follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience i n accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
