The Financial Compliance and Engagement Team is a core function of the Planning & Launch Organization in MBO helping to ensure Financial Reporting Compliance for the most important priorities getting to market. We are looking for a Finance Director, a dynamic, strategic thinker who will drive financial compliance across the launch delivery life cycle. The successful candidate will bring their finance acumen and expertise to influence the design of financial systems and processes to support Microsoft Financial Reporting. This critical role will help drive system capabilities development, as well as collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to deliver financially compliant launches with speed and agility. We are looking for a proven organizational and people leader, strategic thinker who will lead a team to deliver outstanding Launch Financial Capability Design, Requirements and Testing. The priorities of this role include - delivering the design for foundational platform capabilities that meet financial requirements to be compliant, documenting and defining financial requirements, and testing and signing off on capabilities prior to go-live. This leader must also be excellent at organizational and talent development - creating the right culture to attract best in class talent and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast paced environment.
