About The Position

Under close supervision, the Finance Coordinator provides operational support within the Tax Department with a primary focus on record keeping, data gathering, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent with 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, data-entry, or finance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized documentation to support tax and toll-related transactions and payment.
  • Perform routine reconciliations and variance analysis by compiling, validating, and comparing data from multiple sources; retrieve information involving discrepancies and document findings.
  • Review data for accuracy using various internal tools, ensuring entries are complete, properly supported, and consistent.
  • Review toll violations/charges, coordinate with drivers and account managers to obtain details and resolve issues, and support accurate, timely payment processing.
  • Post routine entries and adjustments in Workday and maintain trackers to support timely tax and toll-related payments, approvals, and reconciliations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, setting clear expectations, and coordinating resolutions with drivers, account managers, internal partners, and vendors; escalate issues appropriately and follow through to closure.
