About The Position

Responsible for managing and/or coordinating work efforts for projects and financial management within assigned departments. Provides fiscal and project support to the leadership teams. Apply principles of financial management to perform such functions as record keeping and reconciliation, financial analysis, budgeting, managing subcontract payments and invoicing, and other types of fiscal & retail operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of four years of related experience in the areas of customer service, budget maintenance, expenditure control, and fiscal analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or Academic Administration knowledge/experience.
  • Prior budget/financial and research grants and contracts experience, to include preparing for audits, reconciling accounts, and tracking payroll, etc.
