About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and proactive FP&A Analyst/ Finance Business Partner to join their Data Center business unit team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning initiatives. The role involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and IT, to provide financial clarity for one of Iron Mountain's fastest-growing business segments. Iron Mountain provides expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, handling, and logistics, partnering with over 225,000 customers globally to preserve invaluable artifacts, extract more from their inventory, and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in a technology, infrastructure, or data center environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling principles with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google sheets.
- Proven ability in strategic analysis, working with large datasets, and presenting complex financial data clearly to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance across Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, identifying trends in sales and operating costs to provide clear, actionable recommendations to business leadership.
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against plan and clearly explaining all variances to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and improve reporting related to Rent Roll (Renewable Volume / Contract Inventory), including the accurate tracking of contracts, inventory levels, and external reporting requirements.
