About The Position

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is looking for an experienced and collaborative Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this key role, you will provide analytical insights, develop reports and templates, and support our business units. What you will do as our Finance Business Partner As our Finance Business Partner, you will be delivering high-quality analyses and reports, supporting forecasts, and responding to financial questions from stakeholders around the world. You will work closely with the finance team and, when needed, other functions to ensure smooth financial operations and support across Global Solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Have some years of relevant experience, e.g., Finance Business Partner, Controller, or similar roles.
  • Experience and understanding of IFRS.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with BI tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • service-minded and enjoy collaborating with international colleagues across different functions.
  • communicate clearly, thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment, and are motivated by helping others make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with major consolidation systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analyses, templates, and BI reports to support business units globally.
  • Participate in forecasting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with a focus on providing analysis and support.
  • Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and finance colleagues to translate business needs into actionable financial insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, creating added value for the organization.
