Purpose of Role The Finance - Brokerage Intern supports brokerage financial operations by allocating collections, setting up invoicing processes, and assisting with electronic brokerage settlements. It maintains accurate financial transaction records while partnering with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth processing. By helping identify and resolve discrepancies, the role contributes to efficient workflows and strong operational integrity.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting is preferred but business administration, computer science, finance, information systems / technology data science, and software engineering are accepted.
Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.

Responsibilities

Allocate collections and assist with brokerage-related financial tasks.
Set up invoicing processes for U.S. brokerage operations.
Support electronic brokerage settlement activities.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
Assist in identifying and resolving transaction discrepancies.
