About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated financial professional to join our Server Supply Chain Finance team. This role will be responsible for financial management of the BuySell program and inventory management processes to support Meta’s infrastructure growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in analytical skills, experience in supply chain finance, and an interest in optimizing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in finance
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in server hardware or technology supply chain finance
  • Familiarity with BuySell programs or similar financial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • BuySell Program Financial Management. Lead the end-to-end financial operations of the BuySell program for server hardware, including forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering) to ensure accurate and timely execution of BuySell transactions. Develop and maintain financial models to assess program performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Inventory Financial Management. Execute financial inventory tracking, valuation, and reporting for server hardware and components. Partner with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to improve working capital efficiency
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to BuySell and inventory activities. Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining thorough documentation and process controls. Present findings and recommendations to finance and business leadership
  • Process Improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline BuySell and inventory management workflows. Leverage automation and data analytics to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
