You have 5+ years of experience representing issuers, investors and/or back leverage providers in asset based/structured finance transactions. You have experience that includes warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers and repurchase agreements, in addition to securitization or securitization-related matters. You are experienced in managing components of transactions independently. You are a highly-motivated and proactive team player with a results-oriented work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills. You have experience managing associate teams and are a good communicator looking to work in a collaborative practice that features a lot of client-facing opportunities. You are a member of the State Bar of New York. Strong academic credentials and strong prior Big Law work experience required. Requirements
