To investigate and provide efficient responses to customer support queries whist communicating with various departments within the company. Managing and supporting with other finance related tasks, to help provide a better customer experience and brand confidence. This role does not require previous Finance experience but is a great opportunity for someone with knowledge of Ticketmaster systems to learn and implement new skills by working very closely with the Finance team.
