Reporting to the Manager of Operations and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance and Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting College for Social Innovation’s day-to-day operations with a heightened focus on Salesforce adoption, data integrity, and systems improvement. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit operations, financial management, and especially the growing intersection of technology and organizational systems. This is a part-time, summer position for roughly 24 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks, but the schedule can be flexible. Start and end dates are negotiable depending on the intern's academic schedule, but will ideally include all of June and July. The position is hybrid, and the intern must be able to work from our Boston office 1-2 days per week.
