Finance and Investment Manager
About The Position
The Finance and Investment Manager will be responsible for direct management of the Finance team in the family office and its member companies. This role encompasses direct responsibility for finance, treasury, taxation, risk management, internal/external Audit, and financial control and reporting. The Manager plays a significant role in the leadership, formulation, Controlling and contributing to the strategy of the office and its member businesses. Including supporting M&A activity, overseeing a diverse investment portfolio, evaluating investment opportunities, maintaining agreements, managing equities, and developing exit strategies. The role will be expected to provide the Executive Management Team with insightful and informative analysis to support key business decisions and will be considered a trusted leader and close confidant.
Responsibilities
