In this role, you'll support the day to day financial operations that keep the business moving. From handling transactions to assisting customers and improving processes, you'll play a key role on a high-performing Finance team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. No two days are exactly the same, but you'll be at the center of keeping our financial operations accurate, organized, and moving forward. You'll handle daily financial transactions like invoicing, deposits, and payables, making sure everything is entered accurately and processed on time. You'll also support account reconciliations, helping identify and resolve discrepancies so our data stays clean and reliable. You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, assisting with questions, processing payments, and providing invoices or statements. Whether it's a quick request or a more complex issue, you'll either resolve it or connect it to the right person, ensuring a smooth experience. Part of your role will include supporting collections efforts by reaching out on past due accounts and helping maintain strong customer relationships while keeping things on track financially. You'll also manage and maintain accurate customer and account data in our ERP system, knowing that strong data drives better decisions across the business. Beyond the day to day work, you'll look for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency. We value people who aren't afraid to ask, "Is there a better way to do this?" Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating clearly, and working both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid foundation in accounting or finance
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel and are comfortable learning or working within an ERP system
  • At least two years of related experience
  • Willingness to continue learning and growing in your role
  • Takes ownership of your work, values accuracy, and looks for opportunities to improve how things are done

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
