About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance & Accounting Intern to join our new global team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis—working alongside seasoned professionals! What you will do: Contribute to the Finance/Accounting Business Partner function for legal entities in North & Latin America Participate in training sessions and support stakeholders in understanding financial and accounting processes to improve quality and compliance Assist with post-merger integration activities, supporting financial data alignment and compliance Contribute to designated accounting topics as part of a global team, learning and applying standardized processes and best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and assisting in implementing finance and accounting enhancements Support the central finance and accounting team across North and Latin America by contributing to regional projects, analysis, and coordination aligned with regional objectives

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Masters degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting or other related discipline
  • Minimum GPA Of 3.0
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication written and verbal skills
  • Strong organization skills – managing small projects or multiple tasks
  • Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with consolidation and reporting tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting
