Finance Analyst

NMINew York City, NY
Hybrid

About The Position

NMI is a PE-backed fintech company processing billions in annual payments volume across three lines of business: Gateway, Merchant Central, and Payments. The company has a newly built data infrastructure and an executive team actively investing in AI-native finance. NMI is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join a three-person FP&A team, which has been rebuilt around clear lanes and real ownership. This role offers a uniquely broad seat for an early-career analyst, partnering with the Revenue FP&A Manager on the full revenue book (Gateway, VAS, Merchant Central, Payments, and commissions) and with the Sr. Financial Analyst on financial operations (opex, balance sheet, cash flow, and vendor management). The position reports to the VP of Finance, emphasizing exposure and a steep learning curve. NMI enables partners with choice, challenging the one-size-fits-all approach to payments, and powers success for innovative tech created by SMBs, entrepreneurs, and fintech startups. They are creative problem solvers who help visionaries think beyond what’s possible and democratize the latest payments technology for easy payments across all commerce. NMI is committed to diversity, equity & inclusion, with initiatives like a dedicated action group, diversity hiring goals, anonymized resume screening, affinity groups, open forums, and measuring inclusion in employee engagement surveys. They are an Equal Opportunity employer.
