About The Position

This role reports to the Senior Manager of F-35 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and supports FP&A activities for the F-35 Program. The position plays a key role in helping the Program develop and execute its Long-Range Plan (LRP), providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making. You are a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoys supporting complex, high-impact programs. You bring strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, along with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Collaborative by nature, you work effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery of financial outputs. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and accountability. With a strong business mindset and continuous improvement focus, you are motivated by the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and drive financial performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis in Excel
  • Experience with Financial reporting requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Experience with SAP and financial toolsets including Hyperion and Essbase
  • Finance or Business-related degree
  • Experience multi-tasking to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Program’s Long-Range Plan (LRP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate consolidation, analysis, and submission of monthly outlook updates for LRP financial metrics
  • Prepare and deliver financial performance analyses for multiple levels of Program leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of ad hoc financial requests and invoicing activities
  • Support the development of business cases and financial analyses for program initiatives and investment decisions
  • Perform cost–benefit analysis, ROI modeling, NPV/IRR calculations, and payback assessments
