Careers that Change Lives If you are looking for an exciting and high visibility role, come join the US Neuromodulation Sales Finance FP&A team. This role will partner closely with Operating Unit Finance (OU), Field Finance, OU Marketing, and the IBP teams to analyze revenue trends and drive insights and enhanced analytics for US revenue. The role will have a focus on partnering with reps, District Managers and Area Vice Presidents, serving as key members of the district and region leadership teams to drive revenue growth. Areas of support would include quota development, account and territory alignments, forecasting quarterly revenue by district, supporting correct account-territory alignment, and compensation support related to the sales incentive plans. The portion of the role focused on OU-facing will entail support of replacement implant modeling, national analytics, trending, month-end and quarter-end business reviews, and IBP demand planning. Focus will be on implant reporting, average-daily-revenue metrics, bulking, customer shelf-stock, and helping to prepare content for executive reviews for the Neuromodulation global leadership team. This role will join a team of 5 in support of $1.4B of US revenue, supporting ~1,000 commercial personnel, 3,000+ customers, and 8 distinct therapy segments. The role will report to a Senior Finance Director and will have the opportunity to split time between OU-facing revenue story-telling and field-facing commercial support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Performs and analyzes financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements.
  • Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
  • Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
  • May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
