About The Position

We’re now looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and help shape the financial insights that guide our global strategy. As a Financial Analyst at JBTM, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The FP&A Analyst will conduct finance analysis of JBTM Group with the purpose to respond pro-actively to (ad-hoc) and requests from CEO, CFO and other members of the Executive Team (ET). What You’ll Do Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Play a key role in our strategic and operational planning cycles Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives Monitor KPIs and translate insights into meaningful recommendations Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive Team Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments Why JBT Marel? Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
• High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
• Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream)
