This is a remote role: Local to St Louis: in-person meeting once a month at the Clayton office (encouraged but not required) Not local to St Louis: in-person engagement events twice a year with the opportunity to travel to Clayton office (encouraged but not required) Position Purpose: With the Corporate Network Reimbursement team, you will maintain the Network QAI (Quality and Healthcare Affordability Initiatives) portfolio workflow. Maintain Network QAI (Quality and Healthcare Affordability Initiatives) portfolio workflow in Planview including initiative detail and financial entries, lifecycle tracking, data extracts, custom reporting, Power BI reporting, and other ad hoc requests for information. Collaboration with Network QAI (Quality and Healthcare Affordability Initiatives) partners including GSD (Governance and Strategy Deployment) support teams, product teams, health plans, and network reimbursement/ contracting subject matter expert teams. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • MS Excel skills such as V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Excel queries – macros
  • Planview and Power BI experience
  • Project Management
  • Finance/Analytics background (experience with saving/cost reporting, tracking, projections, variance analysis)
  • Public speaking / presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to pivot and prioritize effectively
  • Healthcare / Managed Care experience
  • Contracting and/or operations experience

Responsibilities
