Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education may be considered
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work with detailed analysis of data or exhibiting high analytical ability or degree of accuracy with numerical data.
This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2+ years of professional experience that is related

Nice To Haves

Significant Excel Experience - macros, pivot tables, V look ups, etc.
Experience with Government / DoD Contracts
Experience with COBRA and SAP tools
EVM (Earned Value Management) experience
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience working in a team environment
Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements
Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines.
Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Analysis of actual headcount and cost.
Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports.
Provide guidance to control account managers.
Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans.
Assist in the development of review materials for the consumption of internal and Government interfaces.
