Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education may be considered
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work with detailed analysis of data or exhibiting high analytical ability or degree of accuracy with numerical data.
  • This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2+ years of professional experience that is related

Nice To Haves

  • Significant Excel Experience - macros, pivot tables, V look ups, etc.
  • Experience with Government / DoD Contracts
  • Experience with COBRA and SAP tools
  • EVM (Earned Value Management) experience
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements
  • Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines.
  • Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Advocate for change and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple partners.
  • Dedicated, able to develop strategic operational improvement for assigned team.
  • Previous experience with detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data.
  • Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of actual headcount and cost.
  • Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports.
  • Provide guidance to control account managers.
  • Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans.
  • Assist in the development of review materials for the consumption of internal and Government interfaces.
  • Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses
