Job Description: SCOPE: The Finance/Accounting Manager monitors, protects and improves the organization’s financial performance by preparing reports, analyzing trends and ensuring compliance in all financial matters. The position plays a pivotal role in driving business success and operates under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director of Accounting.

Requirements

• B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
• Experienced accountant with 3+ years of financial experience in the healthcare industry.
• Health care finance, financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of an automated general ledger, payroll and accounts payable system, and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or Masters Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads core finance processes including long-range and annual operating plans
• Complies financial data and prepares reports to assist with analyzing the financial health of the organization.
• Performs financial analysis and decision analysis support for the organization’s programs and special projects.
• Provides financial guidance and support to other departments to help achieve their objectives.
