We are seeking a highly motivated AI Training/experiential Intern to support the rollout and adoption of AI tools and capabilities across finance and accounting teams. This role is designed for a candidate with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of AI who can translate complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand applications for non-technical professionals.

Requirements

• currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field with a very heavy presence in the AI space.
• Detailed understanding of and ability to explain to “laypersons” AI tools and concepts
• Experience with tools like Copilot, Excel automation, or analytics platforms preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable insights.
• Comfortable working independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience creating training materials or leading workshops.
• Familiarity with finance/accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting).
• Interest in emerging technologies and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions on AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform, data analysis assistants) tailored to finance and accounting use cases.
• Simplify AI concepts for non-technical audiences, focusing on practical applications such as reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and workflow automation.
• Create user-friendly training materials including guides, playbooks, and quick reference sheets.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and office hours to support adoption and answer user questions.
• Partner with third party managed service provider to identify and implement AI tools for increased automation and efficiency in F&A.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing finance and accounting processes.
• Gather feedback from users and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Partner with leadership and project teams to align AI training with business objectives.
