Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Final Visual Inspector. This role will be responsible for performing final visual inspection of our thin film circuits while maintaining the degree of excellence required by our customers. This includes following AS9100 policies, procedures and work instructions and viewing quality as top priority. Job Location: Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

Requirements

2+ years of visual microscope inspection experience required
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to sit and inspect product through microscope for up to 8 hours/shift
Ability to use and read basic inspection and metrology tools including micrometers and calipers
Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret dimensional drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, and outlook)
Ability to product quality work under pressure and at times in a fast-paced environment
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Performing accurate visual inspection of raw materials in accordance with customer drawings, workmanship standards and specification requirements.
Operate measuring equipment to verify product's dimensional accuracy
Perform accurate computer transactions within ERP system
Conducting visual inspection to verify fine detail work
Documenting and reporting inspection findings and results
Reading and interpreting acceptable standards and quality requirements
Other responsibilities as required
