About The Position
The Final Inspector checks finished rubber parts to make sure they meet quality standards. This role involves visual inspection, sorting, and counting parts using simple tools and inspection equipment. Attention to detail is important.
Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Able to follow instructions and use basic problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Mostly seated work
- Frequent use of hands and arms (reaching, grasping, handling)
- Occasional walking and data entry
- Must have good close-up vision, including color vision
Responsibilities
- Inspect rubber components for defects
- Remove defective parts (cracks, holes, tears, marks, contamination, etc.)
- Report high defect levels to a supervisor
- Record accepted and rejected part counts
- Perform other duties as assigned
