You’ll be responsible for managing the receipt, audit, correction, and delivery of final mortgage documents while ensuring investor, agency, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in post closing or mortgage document processing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac final document requirements.
  • Experience with Encompass LOS and investor portals strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and audit final mortgage documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, resolve, and clear documentation discrepancies and deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with title companies, settlement agents, and county recorders for corrections or re-recordings.
  • Manifest, ship, digitize, and upload final documents to investors and custodians within required timeframes.
  • Maintain compliance with GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, investors, and external partners regarding document requests and corrections.
  • Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
