About The Position

The Final Clean Operator processes final cleaning and trimming for printed circuit boards and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, process engineering, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
• Ability to read and understand documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
• Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated
• Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Please note that in addition to prolonged standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 20 pounds; as well as repetitive hand motion.
• This is an ITAR-controlled facility. As such, all applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents. Employment eligibility will be verified through the E-Verify system as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and becomes familiar with SOPs, work instructions, Team leader direction and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that lot quantities match
• Responsible for prepping, cleaning, trimming, and inspecting printed circuit boards by using a variety of methods to ensure high quality product
• Sign off on travelers and ensure quantities match
• Performs other duties as needed
