About The Position

The Final Finish employee must be able to spackle and paint drywall to the interior of residential, commercial, and other types of construction and will clean interior of the units.

Requirements

• 0-3 years’ previous related experience.
• Ability to read simple building plans.
• Ability to clean interior of units.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools required for cleaning and repairs.
• Dependable
• Prolonged periods of standing, climbing ladders, bending and kneeling.
• Physically able to repair drywall / clean.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Repairs drywall and areas around such spaces as doors, windows, electrical outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Uses drywall compound to fill in and cover joints, screws, nails, and other imperfections.
• Sands joint compound once dry and applies drywall tape.
• Creates textured surfaces when requested.
• Clean interior of units.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
