About The Position

SUMMARY: Operate the Filler by cleaning and sterilizing the Filler. Pasteurize the juice. Fill containers with sterilized product, then enclose containers and cool the product. Monitor and control the process to obtain a high quality product that meets customer and process specifications. This position can be relieved by any qualified Filler Tech Operator.

Requirements

• Zero to six months position related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words, and to recognize similarities and differences between words and a series of numbers.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, other employees of TreeTop.

Responsibilities

• Clean, Sanitize, and CIP the Filler, and Work Area
• Operate Filler, Enclosure, Seamer, and Capper
• Supply Raw Materials
• Observe the Process to Maintain Flow
• Monitor and Perform Quality Checks
• Monitor for Problems Impacting Machinery and Process
• Record Downtime, Testing, and Resources Accurately
• Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area
