About The Position

We're looking for a self-driven File Exchange & Automation Analyst to oversee daily data operations, including data entry, processing, and reporting. This role will help us optimize data workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors; monitor data systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent software development or IT training from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in SQL & Python scripts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to prioritize and organize multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines and turnaround time requirements
• Proficiency in file, data processing tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, Data Operations software, Automate).
• Experience writing complex SQL/Python scripts.
• Familiarity with data quality management practices.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of health plan operations and file exchange for all LOB will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between internal/external stakeholders and data engineering team.
• Monitor daily file exchanges between systems, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee tracking of all health plan and vendor data files to ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to build and optimize automation pipelines for data ingestion and validation
• Maintain documentation for file transfer workflows, system configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure files are delivered successfully via SFTP, FTP, FTPS, or Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools.
