About The Position

The successful candidate will be expected to: Maintain all Human Resources files. Secures and protects the privacy of documents. Assist the Human Resources Department and other departments with mass mailings and other projects. Ensure that all Human Resources files are arranged correctly, and that each employee has personnel, training and (if needed) medical files. Ensuring all HR employee files are archived and shredded timely per the HR File Retention policy. Maintain I-9 documents as directed by federal regulations. Sort and file all mandatory annual policies and trainings as they are received in Human Resources. Assist Compliance Department by pulling employee files for audits.

Requirements

  • High School education or GED required.
  • Filing and clerical experience.
  • Ability to file paperwork alphabetically and proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle confidential documents.
