Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Able to prioritize assignments while assisting attorneys with tasks
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to lift semi-heavy objects

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Open new case files and process case closures
  • File documents and process mail
  • Restock office supplies
  • Maintain office and public areas in a tidy and well-organized manner
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
