About The Position

Our Orlando office is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support the legal team with daily file organization and administrative tasks. This in-office role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a law firm setting and build foundational skills in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, scanning software, etc.)
  • Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic documents
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure files are up-to-date and accurately labeled
  • Retrieve and deliver files for attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals as needed
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, printing, and binding documents
  • Manage document intake and archiving processes
  • Assist with office supply organization and general administrative support
  • Perform occasional light lifting, moving boxes, and maintaining file room order
