About The Position

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support one of our federal government clients in a secure, high-volume records environment. This is an onsite position supporting daily file operations and document management activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (PT-3) clearance
  • Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
  • Experience supporting Government operations or working in a high-volume documentation environment
  • Strong reading comprehension and English language proficiency
  • Ability to manage and organize large volumes of files with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable and professional when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and reaching

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical, filing, records management, and general administrative support duties
  • Support Government operations in a high-volume documentation and records environment
  • Conduct file operations and maintenance, including organizing, storing, consolidating, and retrieving records
  • Create, update, and maintain physical and electronic file systems in accordance with Government standards
  • Respond to file and document requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Scan, index, and upload large multi-page documents into designated systems
  • Ensure files are properly labeled, secured, and stored according to established procedures
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive and regulated materials
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
