About The Position

The Field People & Culture Training Leader provides strategic insight around training, leadership, and people development to restaurant operations leaders for US Field markets. This role will drive impact across multiple channels of the Taco Bell business by making important decisions related to people and leadership development processes, content, and delivery best practices that move the department and the brand forward. The position will provide leadership and coaching to key stakeholders within the field and be responsible for the support and execution of various training programs. Success looks like enhancing brand people development practices, stimulating behavior change across multiple brand levels, closing any gaps in restaurant training and development, and influencing a return on training investment. This role will help support Taco Bell’s commitment to brand excellence by fostering a people-centric culture, inspiring inclusivity, and fueling business growth through people. Candidates must live within an equity market. “Candidates must reside within close proximity to one of the following regions: Ohio, Washington DC, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or New York.”
