About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated leader and coach to help develop and support our Lead Generation team. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and performance development, helping new hires successfully transition from training into the field while continuing to grow existing team members. If you have a strong sales background and enjoy coaching others, improving performance, and building successful teams, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role without the pressure of direct sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
  • Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or leadership
  • Proven track record of strong performance in a sales environment
  • Comfortable interviewing candidates
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 2 weekends per month
  • 2 evenings per month for training sessions
  • Local travel to retail locations and events (paid mileage)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home improvement marketing or lead generation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Help facilitate new hire training and bootcamp sessions
  • Support ongoing development of representatives
  • Identify training gaps and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Visit retail locations and events to coach representatives
  • Provide real-time mentorship and support
  • Help new hires apply training techniques in real-world settings
  • Conduct candidate interviews
  • Assist with hiring efforts to build a strong team
  • Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
  • Provide feedback to leadership on training effectiveness
  • Help ensure training translates into strong field performance
