About The Position
This positions responsibility is for the installation, troubleshooting and repair of Zenner products primarily in North America.
Requirements
- Associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience servicing AMR/AMI equipment
- Must have successfully field installed and maintained a fixed network AMI product
- Must have experience working with sub-contractors.
- Must have good communications skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, debug and maintain all Zenner products.
- Provide high end troubleshooting and repairs while maintaining quality assurance on Zenners entire product line.
- Regularly assists customers, resellers and Zenner sales personnel with product support to solve operating problems through telephone communication or field visits
- Conducts technical training programs with resellers and customers as required
- Prepares technical reports for customers and management as required
- Assists with the field testing of new products to ensure performance reliability
- All other duties as assigned
