As a Field Technician, you’ll be on the front line installing and servicing smart home and satellite technology, educating customers, and providing top-notch service in every home you visit. Requirements
- Basic computer and electronics knowledge (A/V experience a plus)
- Comfortable with tools, ladders, crawlspaces, and outdoor work in all weather
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
- Willingness to learn and sell smart home upgrades and provide solutions on site to customers
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot Dish services and Smart Home equipment (Nest, Google, Polk, etc.)
- Perform home visits, site surveys, and ensure broadband connection quality
- Present product options and recommend additional services
- Drive to various job sites—some may be 30+ minutes away
- Maintain high-quality service standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction
