About The Position

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a construction materials testing (CMT) Field Technician. The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of standard test methods for all tests performed by a field technician, and perform these tests in the field. Duties will include the maintenance of field and laboratory data files, reports, letters, and other pertinent field data. The successful candidate will also maintain clear communications with the Project Manager regarding all aspects of the field operations, such as providing neat and orderly project documents.

Requirements

• previous soil and concrete testing experience
• able to use a nuclear density gauge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• positive attitude
• good organizational skills
• strong work ethic
• valid driver's license
• good driving record

Nice To Haves

• NICET certification
• ACI Field I certification
• nuclear gauge certifications
