About The Position

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is a leading service provider for coffee equipment, specializing in espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment. They are seeking a motivated and passionate Service Technician to perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing advanced coffee equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and building client relationships. No prior technical experience is required, as new hires receive hands-on training with a certified technician and are enrolled in a certification program. Once trained and certified, technicians will be assigned a work vehicle and service route. The company values a genuine passion for coffee, willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities, emphasizing both independent work and teamwork.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must enjoy coffee, tasting
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.
• Willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
• Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
