About The Position
Satellites Unlimited (SUI) is seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join their team as an entry-level Field Technician. This role is ideal for those with mechanical aptitude and strong communication and customer service skills, looking to build a stable career with growth opportunities at an Employee-Owned company. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
- Work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Install and align Starlink Satellite, Boost Mobile, and Flock Safety
- Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
- Educate customers on the system and best practices
