About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Milwaukee, WI team, focusing on installing and maintaining security systems from top brands like Brivo, Eagle Eye, Open Path, RS2, Hanwha, and Vanderbilt. What You’ll Do: Install and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, intercoms, and security systems. Ensure precise wiring, system adjustments, and customer satisfaction. Safely Remove and replace electrical hardware and door components. Provide detailed wiring diagrams upon project completion. Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and supervisors. What You’ll Bring: We’re ideally looking for candidates with a technical certification, relevant industry experience, or a military background in electrical or mechanical fields. However, if you’re passionate about this type of work and have transferable skills, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed. Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, blueprint reading, and system troubleshooting is a plus, as are strong problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, and you should be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, climb ladders, and perform hands-on technical tasks. Why LaForce?
