About The Position

Heath Consultants Incorporated, established in 1933, is a leader in providing services and equipment to the natural gas and utility industry. The company is hiring Gas Leak Survey Technicians for an exciting, outdoor role that involves paid training and requires no prior experience. This position is critical for protecting life, limb, and property by inspecting natural gas systems and conducting leak surveys, directly supporting environmental safety and ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations. The role involves working outdoors, detecting leaks, completing reports, communicating with homeowners, and following safety protocols. Technicians will operate specialized equipment to detect gas leaks and help ensure community safety.

Requirements

• Enjoy working outdoors in any weather
• Ability to walk approximately 4 - 7 miles
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Passed DOT drug screen
• Passed background check (due to DOT regulations)
