The role involves installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying various equipment. The individual will perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Key responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating product performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time, and installing, upgrading, and removing products while ensuring coordinative engineering field changes. The position also requires maintaining effective customer communications and relations, and may involve providing onsite training to customer support personnel.
