About The Position

The Account Specialist manages Account Management within Service Operations under the Service Delivery Line of Business, processing all move, add, change, delete (MACD) requests for service and privileged accounts to ensure secure and efficient access to IT services. With proficiency in account management processes and expertise in handling MACD requests, this role maintains data integrity and supports timely resolutions, minimizing disruptions and enhancing user productivity. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of privileged account management enable accurate processing and compliance with security protocols, while excellent customer service skills foster positive interactions and proactive support. by collaborating with the Service Desk and other teams, the Account Specialist contributes to seamless IT operations, reduces manual interventions through automation, and aligns with performance requirements for resolving incidents and requests across Tier 1 to Tier 3 support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience performing deskside technical and/or account management support roles or responsibilities
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
