As a Team Lead in the content restoration industry, you will be a pivotal figure in our organization, leading and guiding a field team to execute job plans effectively. Requirements
- Proven team leader within a service industry with self-driven results.
- Ability to lead oneself and service techs with effective results.

- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

- Possess a valid DOT certification to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.

- Maintain a clean and well-organized work vehicle, upholding safety and professional standards pre and post trips.
- Prepare supplies for jobs, ensuring all required equipment and materials are ready for efficient job execution.
- Participate in the annual review.
- Provide input and feedback for improvements as necessary.
