About The Position

The Field Support Technician plays a critical role in supporting daily field operations by ensuring crews have the tools, materials, and job site conditions needed to perform at a high level. This position combines pressure washing services, field logistics, and shop/equipment management to drive efficiency, organization, and quality across all projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being dependable, proactive, and highly organized—someone who sees what needs to be done and handles it without being asked twice.

Requirements

  • Experience with pressure washing or similar field work preferred
  • Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment used in painting or construction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to changing needs
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to identify equipment issues
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Highly dependable and punctual
  • Proactive mindset—anticipates needs before they become problems
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support others
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things the right way
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Pressure Washing & Field Support
  • Perform residential and commercial pressure washing services in alignment with company standards
  • Safely operate pressure washing equipment and use appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Prepare surfaces for painting and other services as needed
  • Ensure proper protection of surrounding areas during cleaning
  • Runner / Field Logistics
  • Pick up and deliver paint, materials, and supplies as requested by crew leads or office staff
  • Assist with accurate color matching coordination from suppliers
  • Respond promptly to field requests for tools, materials, or support
  • Maintain clear communication with office and field teams throughout the day
  • Shop & Equipment Management
  • Manage inventory of sundries, tools, and materials in the shop
  • Stock crew lead vans weekly (every Wednesday) to ensure readiness for upcoming jobs
  • Track and restock commonly used items proactively
  • Inspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure they are in proper working condition
  • Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment
  • Job Site & Company Standards
  • Support clean and organized job sites across all projects
  • Uphold company safety standards and participate in daily safety practices
  • Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and materials are handled with care
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
