Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, field services, or workplace technology roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms, meeting room technologies, and workplace networking
  • Experience supporting onboarding, hardware provisioning, and office IT setup
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot edge infrastructure in coordination with senior engineering teams
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to effectively train and support employees
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
  • Ability to travel periodically between regional offices to provide onsite support

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary onsite IT resource for designated Horrocks offices, providing responsive and effective technical support
  • Partner with the Service Desk team to resolve escalated issues and proactively address local technology needs
  • Support office relocations, expansions, acquisitions, and new office setups, ensuring infrastructure and endpoints are deployed properly
  • Provide onsite and remote support to regional offices as needed
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access configuration
  • Provide in-person and virtual training on core technologies to increase adoption and digital effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted liaison between employees and IT leadership, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Promote a culture of productivity, innovation, and exceptional customer service within regional offices
  • Manage the full lifecycle of laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and refresh
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot local infrastructure components such as networking equipment, edge systems, and meeting room technology
  • Ensure collaboration spaces and local IT systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with company standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the IT knowledge base and contribute to service delivery standards
  • Document regional applications, workflows, and processes while recommending scalable enterprise solutions
  • Share best practices and lessons learned to ensure consistent service quality across all Horrocks offices
