Job PurposeThis position will be responsible for daily support of the Motive Power business unit when it comes to safety, administrative duties, managing online portals, and assisting the Recycling Administrator when applicable. This position will report into our Reading, PA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work remotley Monday and Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain passing grades within contractor-compliance websites, includes assigning training, maintaining accurate data entry for regulatory and customer requirements, assisting with certificates of insurance. Perform all recycling daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks, and process all lead acid scrap payments in relation to Motive Power. Maintain open lines of communication with customers, carriers, smelter partners and MP management to ensure that expectations are being met and that issues can be resolved quickly and effectively for recycling purposes. Responsible for coordinating and tracking the biannual blood lead testing procedure for the country. Own, improve, and continually aim to reduce risk with our company credit card program with Field Support Supervisor. Order all field badges as requested by applicable field individuals. Distribute impactful monthly safety topics based off trends, incidents, weather, etc. Follow ISO procedures, document control, and provide general administrative support. Assist the Field Support Supervisor with all policy reviews, updates, and executions to ensure alignment with Quality standards. Establish, manage, and follow through on all required supplier, customer, and vendor profiles and questionnaires to support Sales and Service in setup. Oversee operational improvements to enhance the efficiency, coordination, and communication between departments and support teams and centralize all invoicing. Oversee improvements to operational functions to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, coordination, and communication between these functions and support departments. No supervisory responsibilities for this role. All other duties as assigned.
