About The Position

The Field Support Representative will collaborate with the work team for on-site project delivery and coordinate with contractor and/or applicator regarding planning and scheduling to meet project phase(s) and sequence. Essential Functions Manage all aspects of project application field delivery for Specialty Products Facilitate agency, contractor and applicator training and development to ensure proper product applications to meet or exceed all quality standards while adhering to all safety protocols Record and file field reports Identify relevant projects, maintain project plans, project tracking, produce project profiles, related documents, and summary reports along with periodic project review inspections Plan and execute travel schedules to support multiple and simultaneous project activities Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant work experience required
  • Experience with successful project management, inclusive of project estimates for material requirements and deliverables required
  • Customer focused approach
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability for significant travel at peak of highway paving construction season, inclusive of overnight travel
  • Ability to attend conferences and events where customers are present for relationship building

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineer or related field preferred
  • Hot mix asphalt or field paving experience preferred

Responsibilities
