About The Position

The Field Support Manager will oversee and support the restaurant General Managers in executing the day-to-day operations of both corporate and franchise-owned restaurants within their assigned region. This role is crucial in ensuring that all locations meet the company's quality, service, and profitability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Fluency in English required, proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish desired but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (desired but not required), Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all restaurants in the region adhere to company standards and policies through regular visits and virtual inspections.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to restaurant managers to enhance their performance and build their benches.
  • Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Franchise Relations: Support franchisees in achieving their business goals and maintaining brand standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
